Stephen McHale, Chairman
------------------------------------------------------------
Stephen has had a 25 year career in founding, investing in and building technology companies. He is recognized for his focus in data mining and business intelligence related ventures. Most recently he served as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Everstream, the company he founded in 1999. Everstream is the largest census level media measurement, data warehousing, and analytics platform in the world, measuring usage across 25 million households. Sold to Concurrent [NASDAQ: CCUR] in 2005, it continues to be the industry leader of enterprise software for broadband network usage measurement.
In 1985, Stephen founded McHale and Associates, Incorporated, a USConnect regional office where he served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. Stephen was a founding investor and served on the board of directors and as CEO of USConnect, an international systems integrator. USConnect generated aggregate revenues of $150 million until its sale to IKON Office Systems [NYSE: IKN] in 1997.
Stephen serves on the board of directors for the Center for Families and Children; a non-profit organization that makes success possible for people in Northeast Ohio’s most challenged communities. Stephen serves on the investment screening committee for the North Coast Angel Fund. He is also an active member of the Entrepreneurs Organization.
Chris Coburn

Chris Coburn is Cleveland Clinic's chief of technology commercialization, serving as Executive Director of Cleveland Clinic Innovations since it was established in 2000. Under his leadership, Cleveland Clinic has become a national leader in commercial innovation with 30 spin-offs, more than $200 million in follow on equity investment, 200 licenses and $135 million in applied research and commercialization grants . He has recruited a top performing team guided by some of the nation's top venture capitalists. Mr. Coburn serves on the board of directors of Autonomic Technologies, Cleveland Heart, PeriTec, and PrognostiX. He is a member of the Ohio's 3rd Frontier Advisory Board and a trustee of Cuyahoga Arts and Culture, Hathaway Brown School, and the City Club of Cleveland He was selected in 2008 by Neurotech Business Reports as the most valuable financial professional and has consulted, testified and spoken on technology commercialization throughout North America and more than 20 countries. He is a former Vice President and General Manager of Battelle Memorial Institute, director of the U.S. Enrichment Corporation (NYSE:USU) and author of numerous articles and book chapters. He and his wife Nancy and their three children live in Shaker Heights, Ohio.
Steven Lindseth

Steven was most recently the founder and CEO of Axentis, Inc, a venture capital backed leader in governance, risk and compliance software (www.axentis.com). Leading pharmaceutical companies, healthcare providers and payers use Axentis to comply with state and federal regulations relating to Medicare and Medicaid fraud and abuse, off label marketing, sample accountability and HIPAA, among others. Axentis was sold in July 2009 to Netherlands-based Wolters Kluwer, a market-leading global information services and publishing company focused on professionals.
Steven also founded Complient, Inc, where he also served as Chairman and CEO. Complient combined the internet and the use of a modern business process outsourcing model to improve the efficacy of emergency medical response in the workplace to save lives. Complient, Inc was sold to Cardiac Science, Inc (NASDAQ symbol DFIB) in October of 2003.
Prior to Complient he was a co-founder of a number of consumer and health care product start-up ventures including Dental Research Corporation, which made the Interplak™ electric toothbrush, (sold to Bausch and Lomb) and Thermoscan Inc., maker of the Thermoscan™ infrared thermometer, (sold to The Gillette Braun Company).
Steven has raised over $175 million in venture capital and private equity for the companies he has founded or co-founded. He has serves on numerous boards of healthcare related organizations including Imagescan, a leader in payment processing and healthcare claims processing software, Intellis, a start-up provider of business intelligence solutions to the healthcare industry and Explorys, a start up in the health care data analytics sector. He also serves as an advisor to the Cleveland Clinic Foundation as a member of their Industrial Advisory Board, where he assists that institution in spinning out technology they develop, and Health Prize Technologies, a start up provider of prescription medication compliance incentive programs.
Charlie Lougheed

Soon to be Explorys' President & Chief Technology Officer, Charlie Lougheed brings with him 20 years of experience in technology, leading both start-ups as well as large corporate divisions within ecommerce and technology. He co-founded Everstream with Stephen McHale in 1999 as Chief Technology Officer and Executive Vice President, leading product strategy, business development, and engineering initiatives. He co-led two successful rounds of private equity financing, as well as the merger of competitor Ad Acoustics in 2002. Following a $15 million public merger with the Concurrent Computer Corporation in 2005, he became President of Everstream.
Charlie also has extensive experience within the financial services industry, having led National City Corporation’s consumer online banking division, as well played key roles in the conversion to PNC bank. He has also served as Vice President of Internet Systems at KeyBank where he led the development of Key.com, online banking, and online loan application systems. Before joining KeyBank, Charlie served as Lead Consultant with the Deloitte & Touche Consulting Group.
Charlie is also an active leader in his community serving as Chairman of the Galen Foundation, Chairman of Saint Ann’s Technology Group, and Advisory Board Member to Genesis Inventions. Charlie has a BA degree from John Carroll University in Cleveland, Ohio.
John McHale

John McHale currently serves as Chairman of the Board of BreakingPoint, an Austin, Texas based leader in content-aware testing systems that is reinventing application, performance and security testing. Prior to this, John was the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of TippingPoint Technologies, Inc. which was purchased by 3Com in February 2005. From January 1996 to April 1998, Mr. McHale served as President, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of NetSpeed, Inc., which was sold to Cisco. Prior to that time, Mr. McHale was President, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of NetWorth, Inc., which was sold to Compaq. |
