Stephen McHale, Chief Executive OfficerStephen McHale, Chief Executive Officer Stephen has had a 25-year career in founding, investing in and building technology companies. He is recognized for his focus in data mining and business intelligence related ventures. Most recently he served as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Everstream, the company he founded in 1999. Everstream is the largest census level media measurement, data warehousing, and analytic platform in the world, measuring usage across 25 million households. Sold to Concurrent [NASDAQ: CCUR] in 2005, it continues to be the industry leader of enterprise software for broadband network usage measurement. In 1985, Stephen founded McHale and Associates, Incorporated, a USConnect regional office where he served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. Stephen was a founding investor and served on the board of directors and as CEO of USConnect, an international systems integrator. USConnect generated aggregate revenues of $150 million until its sale to IKON Office Systems [NYSE: IKN] in 1997. Stephen is Managing Director of 23Bell LLC Investments and an active Advisory Board Member to Genesis Inventions. Stephen serves on the board of directors for the Center for Families and Children; a non-profit organization that makes success possible for people in Northeast Ohio's most challenged communities. Stephen serves on the investment screening committee for the North Coast Angel Fund. He is also an active member of the Entrepreneurs Organization. |

Charlie Lougheed, President & Chief Technology OfficerCharlie has a over 20 years experience in technology leading both start-ups as well as large corporate divisions within ecommerce and technology companies. He cofounded Everstream with Stephen McHale in 1999 and served as Chief Technology Officer and Executive Vice President, leading product strategy, business development, and engineering initiatives. He co-led two successful rounds of private equity financing, as well as the merger of competitor Ad Acoustics in 2002. Following a $15 million public merger with the Concurrent Computer Corporation in 2005, he became President of Everstream. Charlie also has extensive experience within the financial services industry, having led National City Corporation's consumer online banking division, as well as a position at PNC Financial as Senior Vice President of the online channel for its affluent customer segment. He has also served as Vice President of Internet Systems at KeyBank where he led the development of Key.com, online banking, and online loan application systems. Before joining KeyBank, Charlie served as Lead Consultant with the Deloitte & Touche Consulting Group. Charlie is also an active leader in his community serving as Chairman of the Galen Foundation, Chairman of Saint Ann's Technology Group, and Advisory Board Member to Genesis Inventions. Charlie has a BA degree from John Carroll University in Cleveland, Ohio. |

Doug Meil, Director of EngineeringDoug is an 18 year veteran of software engineering. Doug spent 8 years at KeyBank, where he was the lead architect on innovative customer-facing applications such as online banking and global treasury management. Doug also was integral in developing a host integration infrastructure that supported over 25 production applications and a billion transactions a year. Doug was a cofounder of ModelN, and also was at Everstream as the Director of Software Architecture. |
Aaron Cornell, Chief Financial OfficerMr. Cornell is acting Chief Financial Officer of Explorys, responsible for both tactical and strategic planning. Prior to starting Cornell Financial Consulting, LLC in July 2009, Aaron served as the Chief Financial Officer of Axentis, Inc. since 2003. Axentis, formed in January 2002, was a developer and leading provider of governance, risk and compliance management software with roughly $10M in sales and 44 U.S. and 46 offshore employees. Axentis was backed by leading VC firms and was sold to CCH, Inc., a division of Wolters Kluwer, in July 2009. Prior to working at Axentis, Aaron worked at Pratt & Whitney (P&W) in East Hartford, CT as Chief Financial Officer and business advisor on a four-member executive team for Advanced Coating Technologies (ACT) (ISO 9000, ISO 14000, NADCAP certified), an FAA repair station and joint venture established in 1992 between Chromalloy Gas Turbine Corporation, a subsidiary of Sequa Corporation, and P&W, a division of United Technologies Corporation (UTC). ACT is a union free shop, employing 30 people, generating revenues of approximately $10M per year. |
